At the same time, our products meet the requirements for professional use. That means: professional quality for you at home. It's not enough for us to just sell you good products, we also want you to get all the information you need transparently. For this reason, imparting knowledge that is as high quality as it is entertaining is part of the Wildschön concept.

With the term clean beauty, we associate the promise to offer you a truly natural product that is completely free of artificial ingredients. Safety and compatibility are our top priority. If you want to bring a cosmetic product onto the market in Europe, you have to comply with the European Directive (1223/2009) anyway. It regulates very precisely what a cosmetic product may and may not contain. Of course we also judge after that - but that's not enough for us. We also refrain from using substances that are explicitly permitted but that we find stupid - such as artificial preservatives or synthetic fragrances.

The shipping costs for a delivery within Germany are €3.95. For deliveries from 40 € you will receive your delivery within Germany free of charge. For deliveries to other EU countries, we charge €7.95.

As a rule, the goods will arrive within Germany 1-3 days after your order. If a product is not available for immediate shipping, you will see the delivery time on the individual product pages. Incidentally, we ship exclusively with DHL, so that it is not only quick, but also smooth. Our production facility is in Idstein, in the picturesque Taunus, just outside Frankfurt. The bottling is still a matter for the boss. That means: We fill the products ourselves - with a lot of love and attention.

We personally select the raw materials for our products in order to ensure the best possible quality of all ingredients. We source most of the raw materials from Germany or Austria. There they are mainly produced for us by organically certified farms or harvested directly from nature through laborious wild harvesting. If we need raw materials that are not manufactured in Germany or Austria, we obtain them from fair trade companies abroad.

Of course, our products do not contain any microplastics. We only use pure, natural ingredients that are protected from contamination throughout the production process. Our bottles made of recycled PET meet the highest requirements for food packaging, so that no undesirable ingredients get into our products here either.

Clean beauty is wildly beautiful: we promise you won't find any artificial colourings! The color of our products is solely due to the ingredients.

Organic quality is important to us - it is, so to speak, our central product promise. Unlike other manufacturers who describe themselves as organic manufacturers with only a few ingredients of organic quality, we look for an organically certified manufacturer for every single ingredient if possible. We are particularly proud of our shampoo concentrates and hair oils, because in the hair care category we achieve almost 100 percent organic ingredients. Both in the product description and on the label, we have made it transparent for you which ingredients come from organic farming.

Most of our products are completely vegan. If we do want to use a non-vegan ingredient in a product because we think it is particularly good for you, we will explicitly point this out to you in the product description - then you have the choice. This applies above all to the natural bristles of our brushes, which are irreplaceable for us.

Our products are completely free of artificial preservatives. Our product concept relies on natural durability through the use of essential oils and vitamins. You can get our shampoos as a concentrate, for example: In this way, they last longer without artificial preservatives. You can find the expiry date of your Wildschön products on the label on the back of the products.

Of course, our products are suitable for you if you have sensitive skin. Since, for example, natural oils can cause allergic reactions in rare cases, it always makes sense to test cosmetic products on a small area of ​​skin first.

First, Wildschön Shampoo Concentrate is diluted to shampoo in the applicator bottle - in a ratio of 1:10. Then you apply the shampoo to the parting of the scalp and let it take effect for a short time. Then you wash it out briefly, whereby the shampoo is already distributed into the hair. After the second application to the scalp, actively distribute the shampoo into the hair with your fingers, down to the tips. Finally, the shampoo is rinsed out thoroughly.

You can use our high-quality hair oil both as a hair treatment and as a leave-in care product. Before using it as a treatment, you should have used our silicone-free shampoo for a long time. Since the silicone from conventional shampoos wraps itself around your hair like a sealed layer, our hair oil cannot otherwise penetrate the hair and the hair quickly becomes greasy. You don't need to wash your hair before the conditioner, but it should be dampened. Then you can simply massage a larger amount of hair oil into the hair. Exactly how much you use depends on the texture, length and density of your hair - so it takes some patience and experience. Then wrap your hair in a dry shampoo and leave the oil on for at least an hour. You can also just leave the oil on overnight if you like, but keep in mind that the essential oils can leave marks on your linens that won't be easily removed. For use as a leave-in care product, massage one to three drops of the hair oil into the lower half or tips of the still damp hair after washing. It is very important that the hair is still damp, as this allows the nutrients to penetrate the hair better. The dosage requires some practice: it should be silky, shiny and soft, but not greasy. It is best to work your way up from a minimal amount to your dose carefully over several weeks.

We firmly believe that your body has all the necessary abilities to take care of the health of your skin and hair on its own - provided it is not prevented from doing so and is given all the necessary resources. We have designed all hair care products in such a way that they provide these necessary resources, in short: every product is suitable for every skin type and every hair type. If you like a fragrance or a combination of ingredients - go for it! Of course, there are still small differences, so that one or the other product can bring you an additional benefit. You can find out all about it in the description on the product pages. When it comes to skin care products, it depends a little more on the individual characteristics of your skin. You will find all relevant information in the product descriptions.

No, you don't need a conditioner when you use our natural shampoo. The idea behind our approach is that our shampoo supports or restores the natural regulation and health of your scalp and hair. This is how it works: On the one hand, the ingredients in our shampoo concentrates care for and nourish skin and hair, and on the other hand, the natural sebum of your scalp is transported into the hair with daily brush care. This is supported by the use of our hair oils, with which the tips can also be adequately supplied. After a while, the sebum production of your scalp regulates itself so that your hair no longer becomes too heavy or greasy. After a certain period of getting used to it, it is silky soft and easy to comb. It should then have sufficient moisture so that it no longer becomes statically charged. Many conditioners, on the other hand, coat the hair with a layer of silicone to make it smooth. So every time you want to use a conditioner, it resets the progression in your hair development that you want to achieve with using natural shampoo.

You can simply put the mixing or applicator bottle together with the shampoo in the shopping cart and order it. To prevent misuse and to follow the idea of ​​sustainability, we have to charge the price of 1 €. Most customers order a new applicator bottle with every fifth to tenth order. In the meantime, it can be easily cleaned with warm water. Cleaning in the dishwasher is also possible at a low temperature, although the label may come off in this case. After a while you will have the correct mixing ratio, but without a mark anyway.

Yes, our products are basically also suitable for dyed, bleached or tinted hair. But please always remember that many bleaches and colors can stress the hair structure. We therefore recommend natural tones - although we usually love the natural hair color the most anyway. If you don't want to do without bleaching or artificial hair colors, you may find that you will have less fun with our products in the long term, because every time you bleach your hair, you reverse the development that you initiated with natural hair care. In this case, you may not be able to do without a conventional conditioner.

Switching from conventional hair care to natural hair care requires a little patience. It can take a few weeks for your hair and scalp to get used to not using the artificial ingredients in conventional hair care products. You can find more information about this in our journal.

Among other things, we use bottles made of recycled PET, which can also be recycled after use if you dispose of them properly. They are lighter than glass bottles, so they use less energy to transport. The production and cleaning of glass bottles is also very energy-hungry and pollutes the groundwater with chemicals. Since we don't want to use artificial preservatives, we still need a material that can ensure a sterile environment for our products. Our r-PET is therefore currently the only right choice, both ecologically and due to the product requirements. Of course, we keep a close eye on the packaging market and are constantly looking for new options.

The concentrate has various advantages: The most important is that you don't need any artificial preservatives, since the shelf life is longer due to the lower water content. As a result, the potentially environmentally harmful preservatives do not get into the groundwater. But the lower water content is also sustainable for another reason: significantly less packaging material is required for the same amount of shampoo. In addition, of course, concentrate has a lower transport weight - this saves energy.

All Wildschön products are of course not tested on animals. Most of the products are also vegan. If we still have to use an important ingredient that is not vegan, we will point this out explicitly.
